ABOUT THE CLASS: This class is great for girls/women : Simple, but effective step by step approach. You will learn to use…Leverage—Movement–Attitude to deal with worst case scenarios against a larger/stronger opponent. We also help you recognize danger signs and understand the criminal mindset to avoid becoming a crime victim. We discuss the legal aspects of defending yourself. We pack a lot of instruction into 4 1/2 hours.

Our goal is that you have FUN and also leave with more CONFIDENCE than when you arrived. If out with your friend or significant other, you will learn how to watch out for each other and verbally deescalate a situation,as well as, physically protect each other.. About the instructors: Both Mike and Rob have over 30 years each in law enforcement, as well as, over 40 years each in martial arts.
