Sarah Seifert
Here’s a bit about Sarah:
Sarah Seifert is your average American woman in her 30’s who
was born and raised in the greater Houston area. She is a branch office
administrator at a financial firm.
It is important to note that Sarah doesn’t work in law enforcement and
has not had formal martial arts training. This is important because
the self defense tactics she has learned came from the Escape Self-Defense
team. She was trained by Michael Murray and Robert Erickson. She is the working
example of how the everyday woman can learn to protect herself. Sarah
believes all women need to be taught to defend themselves.
Hobbies:
Her hobbies include sewing, hunting, and cheering on the Texans every
Sunday.
